Worse mistake I ever made hiring the guy to fix my hot water unit. Didn't fix it the first time, and when trying to get in touch with him he always reply late and have to follow up with him. Second time came back to replace the entire hot water unit, we were led to believe it was a brand new unit but it had dents and scratches on the surface as well as rust on there. But guy keeps saying its brand new however cannot provide us with a warranty and when i asked for it i got blocked from messaging him.Very dodgy service and will be reporting to the Consumer affairs and other official bodies.
