I love this place, everyone in this shop has the most care and concern for there clients. I have been coming to Energise massage for years, and have not ever had a bad experience. My thanks go to all of the staff.

My husband and I went in for massage about 6 weeks ago. I was told to lie on table. When therapist walked in, prior to speaking to me, she heavily pushed on my back hurting my ribs. I told her she had hurt me, but she kept on going despite my cries of pain, and did not seem to care. This lady broke my ribs and I am still in severe pain. I have been to a physio and Dr since for treatment. I have very high pain tolerance and do not like to complain.My husband also left in more pain than he had when he went in.These therapists need to take into account the age of people as it is very easy to hurt someone a bit older. I believe they have not had any formal training and will never go back.

Whilst shopping I went into the store to book an appointment, they said they had availability at 4.30pm and to come back in 2 hours. When I returned at 4.30 (after waiting in Lavington rather than drive home), they told me that someone else had made a phone call and booked (after my appointment was already made) and they prioritised that person because they were driving in! She asked me to wait another 20-30 minutes. Two other people had walked in around 4.20 without an appointment and got prioritised over me too. Will never bother wasting my time here again. Booked an hour massage ($90) and it started ok but half way through was told I should get some cupping ($15) which i wasn't interested in. Didn't appreciate being sold extras in the middle of my massage, and felt like the quality of the massage was quite poor after that. Was also only massaged for 50 mins total. Pretty average all around.

Sent my partner here on 29th march 2021 with a gift voucher, they charged him extra after stating they would do something extra as a birthday gift, completely messed up my partners back and when I went to their store to ask for a refund as I was appalled by the whole situation And the waste of $100 they told me they don't speak very good English and can't help me. I highly advise avoiding this place. Only giving 1 star because I can't give no stars. Complete rip off's

Had a lovely Mother's Day massage here. Was exactly what I needed to relax all the tension from the small kiddos and left feeling heaps better. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, music was calming, and very clean. Woman was kind and sweet, asked what areas I had troubles with before starting and checked in throughout massage about if the pressure was alright. Would reccomend to anyone needing to get a massage.

Horrible massage. The “masseuse” just used his elbow in the same spot on my back for half an hour then tried to charge me $105. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Would not recommend

This was genuinely the worst massage I have ever had, I asked the lady to stop before the end of the 45 minutes. It went from rubbing my back and arse with open hands and no pressure, to attempting to find pressure points near my spine and pushing as hard as possible on them for 3 minutes at a time. I asked if the women had any training and they told me “No”. One of the worst things was that an older man was in the cubicle next to me and when my massage was done I got up (half naked) to put my clothes back on and the curtain separating us was 1/3 of the way open.Really terrible experience and when I told them they offered no solutions. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Staff did not listen or understand my request. Asked for lower back massage, they massaged my upper back and shoulders. Many times during the massage I said it was too painful and they did not back off. Spent the whole 60 minutes on my upper back and shoulders. Next day and I have bruising from the massage, and my lower back is still extremely painful. I understand that most of these people are not qualified however this was a blatant disregard of my wishes and expectations. Avoid at all costs.
