this guy spend over 4 weeks to fix our dishwasher at our restaurant and end up not working again in couple of weeks time and plenty of excuses and anyway come back now 6 months later machine is dead again. spend over few gran to fix it.

DO NOT USE this guys. I call this guy to fix our shop's dishwasher, wait for all day. no answer the phone for couple of hours then said I was in heavy traffic. Late come than said I can't fix this machine

I Don't usually complain, But that obviously gets me No~ where! As A REALLY BAD SERVICE is all I received.Well where do I start.....I called in a job on Thursday of last week, To Brian the owner.... I said the springs had gone on the dishwasher door! He said he would be there Friday morning.....No Show!I then called & Text, and he said he would be there Friday Afternoon! No Show!I called & Text Monday Am.... He said oh you still need me then....!What a stupid thing to say! Of course I need you my Dishwasher does not work!He rocks up Monday Afternoon.... With no parts.....!! Then disappeared to get some! ApparentlySo We finally got the Springs replaced TUESDAY MID LUNCH SERVICE!!Yayyyy Thank you so much!I Then look at the over inflated & extortionate bill to see that not only Bumped up the service call but added an extra $92.00 to the parts.As I checked with the bigger company Moffitt!I used this guy for speed & convenience! So say!Another expensive lesson to learn.This was Brian's Reply!That's our cost + travel + parkingif you want to travel to Mulgrave in the traffic and wait for spair parts to serve you .That's whait cost us l spent an hour getting the springsWe have many other customers to attend to not just waiting for you phone call .Brian
