I try not to go here too often, but sometimes the kids get to pick dinner, and then everyone regrets it after. This was one of those times. Service was so slow. Only two staff working on a Friday evening. The restaurant was a mess. Food didn't taste great and it was definitely not worth the cost. I won't be back.

They are supposed to close at 9pm weeknights,7:25pm two staff working shop still open chairs signs out ect, walk in,Staff says we’re closed! Of what time do you close 9pm tonight closed early, terrible for business needs to be open to at least 8pm for nighttime business! This has happened to me 3 times Will not try again!

This is quite possibly the worst subway in the state of NSW. Staff do not listen to your order, do as they please, then become quite rude when you attempt to correct them so you get what you ordered as opposed to what they feel like giving to you. When you correct them, they throw your food on the bench and just treat you with disdain. Customer service is absolutely lost on them and the manager. The food is terrible. They give you less than the required serving. It’s safe to say I won’t be back. If I could rate less than 1 star I would.

cashier was quite very rude and judgemental, the girl who made my footling buffalo chicken sub missed multiple toppings i asked for. not mad just disappointed. i was so keen for a pre sesh feed

Got what I requested my problem was the young man starting cut the bread in half got a six inch instead of slicing the bread ready for the ingredients pulled it apart with his fingers so when you start to eat you either got the meat or salad in each mouthfull there was no way to push them together to get ths perfect bit of everything

Went into warrawong store the staff are more worried about menu log orders than the 10 customers standing waiting to served.finally got served staff still making menu log meals while our meals are getting coldSpoke to the manager about it when I paying and she said well don’t come back thenWorst attitude I have ever seen who says don’t come back then???Never ever going back to this store disgusted with this customer service

Food was wrong ordered through the app so plenty of time not to stuff it up but they still did half order wasn't made because the apps wrong apprentlyThen stuff didn't listen what I wanted as a replacement

Worst food, worst staff and worst customer service. Constantly stuffing up orders and taking forever to make one sub. Not surprised though when the manager is constantly micro managing all the other staff and won't get out of their way to do their job, meanwhile he stands there and stuffs everything up for everyone. Won't be back
