Worse agent ever! Had to terminate our tenancy agreement before it even started and carried the burden of paying the break fee!!Doesn’t value other people’s time. On the day of contract signing, we were only given less than an hour notice that the signing is cancelled and will be moved the next day. During application, I have noted that we wanted to pay monthly, confirmed this via phone and via text message. On the day of contract signing, he said this is not possible, we can pay ‘weekly rent’ in advance to make it look monthly. He should have told us upfront!After signing the contract, informed us that keys are ready to be picked up the afternoon the day before the start of the lease. Even told them that my husband works till 4.30 and the earliest we can do is 4.45, they said it was fine. Btw, we signed the agreement in their office around 5pm… Went there to collect the keys on the agreed day and said they don’t give keys a day before as their office is closed. It was 4.45, they were still open, even google said their office will not be closed till 5pm. Called him several times and did not answered, when he returned my call, even asked who I was. We felt that we were handled poorly and that pushing through with the lease will give us more problem with him as the agent.These agents don't care as they are covered with break fee cost. They can treat tenants all they want as the financial burden is passed to them.. not good
