There sales guy Shaun was more than helpful recently supplying us a quality kitchen at a good price. Shaun is very experienced and offered us good solid advice that helped us make our selections. CCW had a comprehensive checking procedure making sure everything was exact when it was manufactured. Kitchen was delivered on time and we are very happy with the service and quality of CCWs kitchen. Thank you.

Just over three years ago, we requested a quote from CCW for a large expensive kitchen for our new house. The woman who was the estimator assigned to us met with my husband but never got back to us with a quote. My husband chased her for a month. He was told she was on annual leave, and in hospital, then unavailable. No one else had her notes or files and no one else could help us. Finally we gave up on getting a quote from CCW.Two weeks ago we asked for a quote on changing a laundry room into a butler's pantry. A week later a Design Consultant arrived at our house. He was knowledgeable and helpful He said he would give us a quote in about a week. Instead of a quote, I received an email from him. The subject line said please be advised at this point CCW Cabinetworks will be unable to supply quote for cabinetry my apologies for any inconvenience this may have cause regards". This Design Consultant could not even be bothered to put the text in the body of the email. He provided no explanation for blowing us off.I do not understand CCW's business process of not providing quotes. We don't like chasing them or wasting our time waiting for a quote that never comes. Not recommended."

I have never dealt with such a professional company before. From the initial consulation : Rod (full of amazing ideas), meetinging all of the competent integral members of the whole team: Allison (reception, organiser), Angela (CAD extraordinaire), delivery workmen, Toby ( the magical putter together), and Dan the ever present meticulous project manager; we have our dream kitchen and laundry. The whole process went smoothly without a problem due to the contstant communication between us and the standard of finish is impressive. Thank you CCW for a job really well done. I am in LOVE with my kitchen / laundry.

Once again CCW has over-delivered. About 5 years ago they designed and installed all of our cabinetry (Steve). We were over the moon in both the service and end product. A few years later we wanted an outdoor kitchen, which they designed and installed. Another perfect job. They are always willing to answer questions or to help out. Just recently, we wanted someone to drop by to adjust our doors & drawers. The people that visited us were friendly, professional and knowledgeable (Royce & Seth).Allison is a star! She is on top of everything and always gets back to you. She has gone out of her way to help us on many occasions.We highly recommend using CCW.

CCW designed and installed a kitchen for us last year. The process from start to finish was so easy and the team were great to deal with. We will be using them again for our Bathroom reno.

CCW were excellent to work with for our kitchen upgrade. From expert guidance in designing a functional kitchen, suggestions about what materials to utilise, right through to a top quality installation. We couldn't be happier with their attention to detail and top quality service. We love our new kitchen and highly recommend CCW.

We needed to update our kitchen, bathroom and ensuite. CCW had worked for many other residents in our high-rise apartment building, and all had very favourable reports. From the first day we entered their showroom we felt very comfortable. The staff made several suggestions as to what was possible but, in the end, they left us to make up our own mind. Once we decided on what we wanted, they supplied a quote, it was at the high end of what we expected but we decided to proceed with it without seeking cheaper prices. Once we accepted the quote and paid the deposit (20%) everything started moving rapidly. We were given a start date, advised that plumbing and electrical work were additional, and these contractors were to be paid directly. We were given a calendar of events and the time frame for completion. Everything was spot-on and the final part of assembly was a glass splash-back behind the cooktop. The time frame for this was 2-4 weeks and it was completed in three weeks.The area we were most impressed with was the quality of workmen, (both CCW and contractors) they were young, well presented and were always polite and courteous. They were enthusiastic and really looked like they were enjoying their work and happy to be there.We highly recommend Cairn Cabinet Works.

How remiss of me not to have done a review before today ...have now had two cabinetry jobs completed by CCW under the watchful and very professional eye of Scott. We have recently had a kitchen and laundry upgrade by CCW and couldn’t fault the service! From start to finish, everyone who has been involved has been amazing. We are so thrilled with the end result and couldn’t believe how quickly everything was installed! A huge shout out to Scott Barrett for being beyond wonderful throughout the whole process and continuing to do so with any queries we’ve had post installation! He’s a huge asset to the team!
