Appalling customer service. The woman at the front desk while wiping food from her mouth pretty much gave me my marching orders when I took a kettle in without even letting me explain the issue. Won’t be going back.

ordered a timer for my oven, was sent the wrong part, then i was told to return it and the correct part has been ordered, when they received the incorrect part they told me they could not get the timer. they refunded my funds but did not include the return postage cost. I asked them to correct this and they have ignored me.

Took my Dyson here to be fixed as it wasn't sucking up properly. Highly recommend by friends of mine. Was very disappointed as I was charged $60 and the problem wasn't fixed. They told me to buy a replacement filter and it would work. I did this and still it didn't work. I called Dyson to have them fix it (which I didn't want to do before as I would be without it for over a week) they said we should check it isn't blocked over the phone before they will collect it. They talked my through the process- which was simply to remove the head of the Hoover and check for blockages. There was a bread clip caught in there which was stopping the suction. Clearly Oxford had not even bothered to check the airways... All for $60 dollars. Rip off

I usually just buy parts from Oxford Appliances. It sometimes feel like the parts are a bit pricey, but they always have what you need, sometimes in stock, or else after a few days' wait to order form suppliers.Highly recommended

Didn't return my coffee filter with the coffee machine. When asked, they said it was defective and didn't want to return it ($25 solid metal filter) working fine prior. Otherwise repair process was fine.

Worst customer service ever! They claim to fix most appliances but won't even want to open the box and take a look... ask me to throw away a working fan for just making some noises and wanted to be fixed. The claims on the website is misleading. Don't bother to go to the shop, what a waste of time. I would encourage to call them first.

Oxford Appliances was the second company who we called in for a broken dryer. This first one came out, said the heater was blown and that it would have to be ordered. Ten days later when I still hadn’t heard, I called. They said the part wasn’t available but hadn’t bothered to tell me.I called Ariston, the supplier who told me the part was actually in stock!I called Oxford Appliances at their recommendation.Marcel turned up on time. Found that it was just that a wire had perished and that the heater was fine (so no replacement heater cost). He fixed it in under 15 minutes and cleaned up before he left. All for just the price of the service call. Fast, friendly and effective work. Very happy and Oxford would be my go to company for appliance repairs in home.

I called Oxford Appliance Parts to confirm they had the spares we required for our washing machine. I ordered and paid for them at 11am, by midday the next day they were delivered to our house in Queensland.Oxford's service was exceptional and their price was competitive.I will definitely make them my first call in future for appliance parts.

I needed a fan motor for my LG fridge. I called them and they checked the part in stock. At the shop we made sure that the Samsung part matched the photos of the one in my fridge as it wasn't an original LG part. They told me I could return the part if it didn't fit. All went well and now my fridge is silent again. Thanks!
