Kiehl's

Went to Kiehl's in Chaddy and was served by Jurae. She was extremly helpful and paitent with all my questions I had! Thanks Jurae for all your help! I really appreciate your time and help!

I have been a loyal customer for 3 years and one of the reasons is the quality of the product and the serve provided by the staff. However my perception abt the customer care from kiehl's changed today. I waited 20 minutes for someone to talk come. When I approached one of the staff I got won't be long. And I waited n waited till I got tired n left the shop. Not sure they ignored me thinking I can't afford to buy kiehl products cos what I was wearing or other reason. But it did leave me with a sour taste. Perhaps they should have Checked my membership card for purchase history. Anyways, if I am paying premium price I demand premium service as well. Dissatisfied and disappointed. Went to buy, left without buying anything.

I have purchased a product on July 26th, it has not been delivered to me since the address was incorrect. I requested for refund but today is August 21th and money is not in my account yet. Every day I call or chat with customare service and they say it took 10 days to be cleared in my account!They have also given me a transaction number and advised me to follow it up from my bank, but my bank said we don;t have access to this transaction number! It seems that Kiehl's company does know they must investiigate what happened to my money not me! The fact is Kiehl's doesn't careabout customers, they just want money!

Not a great customer service! For such a premium cosmetic shop could have been better

Really poor customer service. They have an attitude and just want your money and for you to get out. Disgraceful don’t go here.

Do not order online, worst customer service. My order transaction was still pending after 5 days, therefore no product received. While dvised they would fix this, I never received any response after a week. When I asked for the order to be cancelled told they had a process and this would take another 3 business days. However when I phoned my bank I was advised if Kiel sent an email the pre authorisation would be cancelled in 2 hours.But they refused too do this. Will never purchase this product again and revert to my old product.

Bell was really helpful to consult me with the products. Always come for the same items. New items come out and she compared with my current item to see which better for my skin. Thank you

Bad service… the ladies just talking to each other, no eye contact to consumers. When I ask questions to them, the lady showed no acknowledgment to costumers needs and no explanation to the question… we are very disappointed and will never come again..

Made my first purchase online with Kiehls a few weeks back but never end up receiving my items. When I spoke to their customer service through online chat, they told me to just keep waiting & if I wasn't happy about it then go make an enquiry with Aus Post myself. Not helpful at all & received no apology throughout the conversation, will definitely not order with Kiehls ever again.

Bad customer service. Had an experience with a female staff member who initially offered to help, but soon afterwards got really weird. When I asked about a product she silently gave me the bottle while I was standing at the testing station. While I was trying a drop of the product on a cotton pad, she stood there without saying anything until i was done at the end. She then told me that it wasn't a tester bottle, but the actual product on sale. I apologised for the misunderstanding, but she just stared at me wordlessly, i think expecting me to purchase the product? Got out of there pretty quickly after that and don't think I'll go back.
