There is only one girl(possibly Lebanese)there that was trying her best to help everyone at the self service area, the rest when you wave at them for help pretend they didn't see you. The Indian and Phillipino ladies are so dismissive.

Today I went to Blacktown Centrelink, morning, to get answers to my question, they gave me appointment at afternoon, when I came back, still waiting until they called me, after one hour of my meeting the lady tyred to asked another employers, no one knew how to answer me, after one hour, she said: call this phone number?? I said you should told me that from the morning?? Why now?? Why you lost my time?? Why you don't have skills to answer?? No one care?? No one knows?? I scored this Centelink mines zero??? The worest Centrelink services in NSW ever?? Please, don't go to this Centelink, May you find out another, thank you.

The Indian lady who served me today very unhelpful. She needs to learn how to talk nicely .she said “You can do Everything Online” thats Exactly why Im here. If I knew how to do things online?I wouldnt be standing in Ur line asking for Help

I used to admire the staff a couple of months ago. However, since my last visit, my perception has changed. Extremely rude staff now. So, this old Indian lady was at the counter and didn't even know how to behave nicely. She was insulting almost everyone over there and was not even ready to listen the problem. I went and came back empty-handed.I don't understand the need of these kind of terrible and unprofessional people at such a prestigious institution.Hope I won't come across this staff again ever.

Very rude and arrogant consultants and no help is given unless you jump thru emotional hoops to make the consultants feel in control and powerful in there customer call service positionOnce this is overcome you then get sent on a wild goose chase back and forth from job network to centrelink and both deny having power to fix or change circumstances as there position only entitles customer call assistance and they lack the knowledge or credentials to assist anyone let alone themselvesIn a nut shell very unprofessional on both sides and this is our government it leaves one dumbfounded and embarrassed at the lack of intelligence from both entities

LITERALLY 0 way to contact them on the phone absolutely none and if there is it’s a whole rabbit whole to find just like the rest of centerlink how there is no way to get help without requiring hours upon hours of wasted time almost for nothing every time.

I went to Blacktown Medicare today.And was surprised by the genuine effort Joanne put in to help me.Feels like my gods were really happy with me today for me to come across a person like Joanne who is so sincere in what she does.

I thought the whole experience to be quite professional. I didn’t wait long in the line. I was taken to an office area and was helped with my inquiry promptly. The self serve computer kiosks were tidy and quiet too. I was lucky to get a park outside the centre in the street, but there does not seem to be a lot of street parking. There is a council car park but that was full with train commuter parking.
