Absolutely Hopeless!!! Waited 3 weeks for a price to replace my Ariel, had to call them again & then they still didn't deliver - after 2 msg and 2 phone calls. If you've got time to waste then this is the business for you!

I took this man a surround sound system for a repair quote. A few days later he called to say he'd repaired it and was demanding a ridiculous sum. I told him he was charging more than the system was worth, and that I had not authorised the repairs, but had given him the system to get a repair quote. He said if I didn't pay the amount he wanted that he would break my surround sound system. I told him to keep the system. In retrospect I should have taken him to fair trade, as they don't tolerate this type of behaviour. There are other places in town that operate ethically and are fairly priced, so there is no reason to put up with such abuse.
