Aramex Cairns

Got an email saying no one is at home (I was at home) and they will try again. Several days later I called to check why no one has delivered this parcel yet. I was told they will try again and call me when they arrive. But then I got a text saying a card has been left in my mailbox a week ago, and they only keep the item for 5 days so it's already sent back.

I have been waiting for 2 packages since the 212 th of April it is now the 24 th, tracking has not moved since the 19 th. It was not my choice that these packages were sent by Aramex/Fastway who have failed to deliver several times and were late every time. Hopeless!

Very disappointed with the service medication return to America. No reason cannot explain disappointing. Would like a supervisor to advise me what happened but cannot connect

My big mistake was to use Aramex..the delivery people make no effort to make contact when a parcel is delivered. My gate is shut and we are near but drivers make no effort to alert us. Would be easy to beep horn or yell out. ..Aust post has no trouble..if gate is shut their solution is to drop card in letter box ascamper..

Would give -0 if I could. Would never chose Aramax but unfortunately being the receiver I had no choice. Several attempted deliveries not even to the correct address. They make no apologies or take responsibility. The Customer Service was helpful but obviously was not supported by Management. It’s not often that the call centre exceeds expectation but the Company falls short. The follow up with the Cairns branch was below adequate. Not even a direct access phone number to call. I Never received any tracking no. or any communication throughout this disaster about any delivery… even failed deliveries. I had to call at least 5 times a day spending many frustrating hours. The onus was on me to find out all these details. Shame on you Aramax. I wasted 3 full days of phone calls and waiting in anticipation.Never had any issues with other Courier companiesI will in future ask who the intended courier will be … and if it’s Aramax I will not be making the purchase. Maybe Cairns Branch is letting the company down.Shame on you.

Let's be honest - no one likes going to pick up parcels. Especially when you give Authority to Leave.But the lady serving the parcel pick-up area was an absolute gem! It's just nice to get good service now, which seems like an optional extra elsewhere.

Appaling service. No service at all. My item delivered to a wrong complex. After advising Aramex, no updates, no appology, no tracking as to what is going on with my item. Useless phone number, when pressing option trasfered to no-man's-land. Would post negative number if there was an option. Does not deserve 1 star. Stil do not have my item.

An incapable non workable company that doesn't to remote locations, not open on Saturdays and is not willing to work with customers. This is the 4th item that they have been unable to deliver because of incompetence.

All of my deliveries to go from Cairns, to Mareeba then back to Cairns, then I have to talk with someone from overseas to have the package dropped off at the Mareeba drop off point. This process ads three to five days to every delivery.Why aren't tablelands deliveries automatically left at the local designated Aramex drop off points?

Aramax is HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE THEM. I ordered a delivery worth $169. I waited a month and it got to Cairns, they let me know they can’t send it to my original postage address but could deliver to a work address so I provided that. After waiting a week I called back and they let me know they had sent my package BACK to the sender. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE. DO NOT, I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
