Sep 2022: Had a very simple request (my navy leather briefcase was fading in colour due to age) and thought I could just polish it with shoe polish. They recommended another product as shoe polish would potentially rub off on my pants/clothes. The other product was excellent and did the job perfectly, their advice and help and prices were excellent for what I needed. Thanks. I note some negative reviews for more complicated repairs, so perhaps consider this depending on how complex your repair is.

Surprised to see some of the negative reviews here. Been to this conveniently located store on a number of occasions and have found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Today I took a set of car keys to be converted into a flip remote key - keys cut perfectly and he was able to transfer the remote and transponder chip into the new housing. Professionally done and reasonable value in terms of labour cost. Would highly recommend and trust these guys with you car/lock key needs. Thank you!!

I found them rude, expensive and slow. They took my money and then informed me that it would be three days before I could collect the shoe, rather than letting me know up front how long they would take. My recommendation would be to go Mister Minit which is 2 seconds round the corner inside the shopping centre instead

I would give zero. Worst service, had to take shoes back twice to re-do, another pair hadn’t even been done, but boy did they charge. Over priced and worst experience, messy work. Attitude of guy at front appalling, he had zero care. Should not be in customer service.

It was a refreshing change to get such outstanding friendly service, Michael went out of his way to resolve an issue I had with a new pair of boots, then fixed a belt for me on the spot. Thanks very much Michael, it was a pleasure doing business with you.Cheers Chris.

Stunning job resoling my RM Williams boots from leather sole to rubber! Also buffed my boots which were well aged and now look brand new again! Very reasonable price too! Love the boots and service!

Used their services few times, especially when I had to put rubber sole in my two pair of Aquila shoes, so I will share this experience.The work done on the shoes was low quality and expensive - it was untidy and ineffective as I had to bring them back to the shop two months later because the sole started to come off. They fixed it back with priority, however they literally added nails which can be visible now.I would not recommend at all this shop, I am sure that for the money paid you can get much better value out of it in other shops. And we are talking about a repair of around 1/3 of a new similar shoe.

I cloned my remote keys and the new one didn’t work, they wouldn’t even give a refund or fix it, claiming they didn’t clone it.

Beware! If you care about your leather goods, take them somewhere else. I took my Fendi handbag in to the store and was told I could have the handles replaced with similarly structured, piped leather handles (the ones that stand up on their own) which I could pick up in two weeks. Three weeks go by with no contact. Concerned, I go into the store, expecting to pick up my repaired bag. My concern grows as they cannot find my bag, especially as I don't see it among all the other leather goods haphazardly stacked on-top of one another (not the way I want my $8000 handbag treated). After finally finding it, pulling it down and having it thump on the floor, we realise it hasn't been fixed and they are apparently still waiting on the handles from the manufacturer. Another week goes by with no contact so I call the store.After going back and forth trying to convince them they did indeed have my bag, they eventually said yes your bag is ready".Finally when I went to pick it up I saw they had done something different to what we agreed on. Instead of the hard piped leather handles I was told I would receive

Nov 2022..Just had a fantastic experience Michael and the team put two more holes in my 30 year old leather belt more than 5 years after the last holes they put in..they are a good omen for waistline reduction. Cheers for all.
