Had Shaun from The Pool & Yard man drain our new pool and help provide tips for cleaning. Even leaving us some product free of charge! From the first time speaking with Nadine in the office through to the visit from Shaun everyone was very professional and nice and as well as reasonable priced. Will definitely be using them for all our pool care needs.

Great experience with the team. Had a broken chlorinator plus too much salt in the pool. They installed a workaround while it was tested and installed a new one quickly when it was determined the old one was too far gone to replace. They were happy to answer all my basic questions and went above and beyond for me.

Extremely happy with all the staff that have served me. I had some stain problems in my pool and contacted 5 different pool suppliers, no one could help me. They even came out to have a look, but were still unsuccessful. For over last 2 years I have been going to pool shop in Currimundi and brought to their attention abput this problem. They did nothing, told me to wait for winter and then someone will go out to have a look. They NEVER advised us anything about chemicals and water chemistry. I'm so disappointed at their approach. Then there comes Aura Pool to my rescue. They know their science so well. They fixed my problem within seconds. UNVELIEVABLE !!!! The treatment was instant.
