Dôme Café - Deep Water Point
The service and staff are amazing especially Opal, extremely friendly with a wonderful focus on service, nice atmosphere, coffee was great, nice menu with a beautiful presentation of food and good quality. Nice clean restaurant. Easy parking and access to the building.

Dôme Café - Deep Water Point
Visited Dome Cafe for first time and was amazed at the size inside and out with easily 120 diners enjoying lunch. Had a tasty burger and coffee terrific service was fine but not a huge fan of standing in a 12 minute queue to place my order.

Nice location with 2 kids playgrounds nearby. Food and drinks reasonably priced and with DOME’s standard. Plenty of seats inside and out. Parking can be a little bit difficult during rush hours (2 hours free with tickets).

Dôme Café - Deep Water Point
This could be one of the best places for visitors to relax for good coffee and light meals. Located at the riverside, you will experience a wonderful and beautiful view of the river and the city. The carrot cake is perhaps one of the most popular dishes in this cosy restaurant. It's a place for chit chat and a family outing. Simply lovely and unforgettable. Enjoy!

Wow this place is really beautiful.Its massive too with plenty of tables inside and quite a lot outside. Service is fast and friendly and all the staff smiled and said hello when serving which is lovely.Typical Dome food, nothing Amazing but certainly not bad. The best is still the Big Breakfast washed down with a great coffee or milkshake.Great views and the new beaches and grassy areas are fantastic.Only downside is the parking or lack of. There's heaps of room they just need to get rid of some of the boat trailer parking to make way for regular cars.

Great service, even for a Sunday the wait time was reasonable, poached eggs were cooked beautifully! Table clearing service was pretty slow and parking is pretty minimal , they do have wheelchair access so that's a plus !but the view is beautiful and the food is great, would definitely come again and recommend

What a shocker!! Ordered lunch and accompanying drinks at 1.25pm, a time we thought was well after the lunch rush and with the venue just over half full. After 20 minutes, we went in search for our drinks to find them just sitting on the counter with staff constantly walking past them. After 30 minutes, investigated where the 3 meals were to be told they'll be chased up; they arrived a few minutes later. Small serves of chips which were not fully cooked, the sliders were satisfactory. The staff on the day just seemed oblivious to empty tables that remained covered with used drink and meal items.... some tables for over an hour. Dome's are usually quite good, but this one is not on par. The only thing going for it, is the location at the river.

Decided to take my overseas family to check out this popular & scenic Dome cafe for lunch, and we were not disappointed!It was our first time there & I had my toddler in tow too.The location is what sets it apart from other Dome cafe, and it was set in an amazingly spacious building with both inside and outside seating.We went for lunch, and the services were surprisingly prompt as compared to some other reviews. Our order of all day Big Breakfast, and a pulled pork sliders with chips were serviced within 15 min of ordering, and our mocha drinks were served shortly after that, much to our delights.I chose poached eggs for the big breakfast, and they were done just right. Bacons were also crispy and not burnt, while the sausage, harsh brown and mushroom were all delicious. My overseas relative enjoyed her sliders too while my toddler loved his chips!It was a busy cafe but thankfully our first impression was a good one.The reason why i drop one star was because I felt one waitperson didn’t try hard enough when I asked for tobaccos sauce for my meal, as he said there weren’t any. However I was able to find a bottle in the sauce station in the quieter space near the restroom when washing my hands.Tips 1: Try to get one of the booth tables if you can find one that’s freeTips 2: for outside tables dining, beware of pesky sea gulls who are all waiting like vultures for your leftover foodTips 3: if you can’t find your preferred condiments at one station, look for the other station in the quieter corner near the restroomsTips 4: The parking machine has 2 hrs free ticket parking that you can take advantage of
