Valerie Travers

We have been using Valerie Travers for some time now and I am decently pleased with their service. The store manager and staff are friendly and helpful with orders. Most recently they went the extra mile to fulfill our urgent order request which we are very grateful for. Due to issues with their suppliers some orders were delayed, however, they kept close communication with us. I will continue to use their service.

If I could select 0 stars that would still be giving too much credit. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Uniform for staff ordered in Feb 2022 and it is now August and still nothing, the amount of times I have been advised I will be phoned back and still havent heard anything. I have left messages, emails, voice mails. Lie after lie about whats happening with the order. I have no idea how the company is still staying afloat. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Went to the store on the 28th of February and they didn't have stock,paid for the items and the shipping fee as well because live 1hr away.Promised to get shipped in the next couple of days.Called this morning and all they could say is we sent you a message to come and pick them up(I never received any message and again I had paid for shipping).No apology, no remourse ,no nothing, just a rude voice asking me if I can go pick up today or should they ship it.Never again!!!!

Thank you very much to Kylie and the team at Valerie Travers. Had four Christmas stockings embroidered recently. Was extremely pleased with “same day delivery” and am very pleased with the work quality. Extremely professional and can’t fault them at all “10/10”. Honestly wish I could give a lower star rating. Truly terrible company to deal with. With the company already having reduced opening hours, it would be nice if they would actually be open as they advertise. Went today Wednesday 18/5 at around 1500, no one there. The store was locked and no one answered the phone. Website states they are open until 1630. Dealings with them last year were just as poor. Can uni SA please move uniform companies? Honestly ridiculous.

I’m going to say this in the nicest possible way but I have been waiting for almost a month on my order. I have emailed and tried to call but no one has replied and every time I call, it always says “We’re unable to pick up the phone right now blah blah” I have paid $15 for shipment but unfortunately I’ll still have to go to the store to see what is going on because all my friends have received their uniforms. They ordered theirs a week ago and received it on the same week whereas I ordered mine on Feb 10th and it is now the 6th of March with no reply, no delivery, no email back. I know these time of the year is hard but it would have been great for at least an email or a phone call pick up.

Dion and the Staff at Valerie Travers have been fantastic, their design and embroidery service was superb and the quality of the products supplied were excellent. The polo shirts we purchased wear amazingly well in a difficult laboratory environment, we’ve just purchased more products for our staff as we’ve been so happy with the first batch we had supplied.

this place is so unorganised and all they do is lie. i ordered my uniform a month ago in store which included a badge and i still haven’t received it. i went in recently and they lied straight to my face that they sent me messages but they didn’t. they had my badge but they messed it up and now i have to wait AGAIN for a new one. my friend also told me that they lied to her saying that she didn’t pay for her order but when she said she was gonna take it further suddenly they had her order. hmmm definitely a red flag for me. if you can guys, plz try and get your uniforms somewhere else, this place is just not it

A very in organised place. I ordered a name tag and had to wait weeks as they consistently forgot the order, lost the name tag, and left me waiting. I had to call so many times to find out where it was and when I was going to get it. Would not recommend.

Been waiting four weeks for my Flinders placement shirt. They ordered the wrong shirt for me and never contacted me to let me know about the multiple delays they’ve experienced. I’ve had to contact them four times and it’s a different story every time. It’s not like I have a choice, I must shop here. But if you have the choice, please don’t give this company your business.
