I purchased a new phone plan today with Lainey and she was amazing! So helpful and friendly, answered all my questions and was so professional. She really made the whole transition so easy, making sure I got the best out of my package and made me feel so comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is far too difficult to speak to someone who can help first time and my experience with the billing, customer service and live chat has been less than ideal. Most staff members' hands are tied and cannot help. Bring back the way we used to pay bills and speak to people face to face who are allowed to make decisions.
