Great medium sized family run pharmacy. As well as the usual range of products the business also offers walking aids, crutches, knee wheelers, wheel chairs and mobility aids for hire and sale. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

They have got excellent service, and when I say excellent, I mean unrivaled and unparalleled. The products available are for both Hire and purchase, what else do you need? The prices are really low, anyone who has the right mind can afford the products, and no I am not a telemarketer, I’m just a teen who likes to appreciate stuff.

Always an amazing experience here.Jay and the team go above and beyond even when they don't have to. Their knowledge is extensive and they are always very helpful. You just simply can't get the service and personal touch shopping at the big chemists. highly recommend!!

I’ve known Jay and Jogi for nearly 20 years as pharmacists in the Seaforth area. They’ve always provided exceptional care and advice, and have extensive experience in surgical supplies. Even though I now live out of area, I still come back as their service is excellent and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my healthcare needs.

Terrible customer service from the owner. Hired some crutches for my daughter that got a crack in the joint after a week. When I went to get them replaced, instead of apologising that their product was faulty I was told that we would forfeit our deposit as not being returned in the same condition. I ended up paying the same price to rent for 10 days as they charge to buy outright. Plus we'd already had to go back once as they originally gave us the wrong size.Go Maloufs in Manly instead - so much more knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.

I have found the level of service and care at Seaforth Pharmacy second to none.Always greeted with a smile as well as prompt attention.

Two days late for a wheelchair hire which costs $150 for a month but charged $20 PER DAY for overdue (they had other wheelchairs in-store so it wasn't as if someone was going without). I could understand if it was a week late or thereabouts but two days just after Easter and because I was at hospital for those two days, absolutely no flexibility from the owner Jogi Suri. They certainly won't get my or my family's custom again and I'm amazed they're still in business with a money-grabbing attitude like that. Perhaps it is acceptable behaviour to the owners but it isn't for most decent people. I would have been hiring equipment again from them shortly but will now take my custom elsewhere. What's wrong with these people?

Booked a vaccination booster appointment ON THEIR WEBSITE only to be told when I turned up at my allotted time that they don't have the nominated vaccine in stock. I asked why they didn't inform me when receiving my appointment but the pharmacist stated that they didn't check their website. When I try to ring the pharmacy to confirm vaccine stock and appointments the call constantly goes unanswered or I get an engaged signal. I have called over 10 times. The Pharmacy Lobby pushed hard to be included in the vaccine roll out. That's great, but pharmacies need to support the service that's offered. Seaforth Pharmacy clearly doesn't.

Always friendly, helpful and wide range of products.Jay and his wife are lovely, caring people.I always feel looked after when I come here.

What bad policies! Online they sell cough mixture that has now been discontinued and illegal to sell due to medical reactions. I didn't realise this as it's just tickly cough mixture. Bought three bottles for over $70 and after petering them 6 times over 3 weeks! I finally got my refund a month later. Don't have stuff on a website If you can't sell it. Harry was a lovely staff member and tried his best but the female owner was rude on the phone when it was clearly THEIR issue. Never ever again will I even look at purchasing from these people. Worst attitude from owner and terrible customer service. It was three weeks before they even submitted the refund and only after my constant pestering
