Order was taking over a week to ship. I followed up only for them to say it was the last one and the package was damaged so they cancelled it. I had specifically bought it as it was marked down because of the damaged packing. There was no communication so I had no idea, and they hadn't even initialised a refund. Really poor experience.

Bought a laptop from this mob (aka gg tech 365 on ebay).. laptop died a few months later. They asked me to post it back to be assessed. They now have my laptop and my money and are ignoring me! Filing for a chargeback which is a PITA. These guys are thieves.

Tried to get a refund on a DOA motherboard and they just won't communicate! Many emails and no response, then a cryptic answer about testing results but no action either way. Just avoid them as it's not worth the stress for the money you might save. There are better alternatives available. Absolutely abysmal customer service and communication and it looks like they consider this acceptable.Update:After informing them that I lodged a claim with NSW Fair Trading, I received a refund.

Good deals, fast postage.After sales support is very slack. No phone communication options as number is out of use since the pandemic so RA process is long and not as organised as it needs to be given the high value products on offer. All emails are met with an auto-reply advising up to 48hrs (business days) to get a response - this isn't strictly accurate either. Great savings to be made until you get a DOA product, then your time losses will be disproportional to the savings made. If they start attending active phones again they could turn this around.

Nothing but a great experience with this company. Have bought a few things online, and orders were shipped and arrived quite promptly. Some of the best prices when doing comparisons on staticice, PC part picker etc. Including a 3070 for 900$!

I've used this company for long time as I'm running my businees and they are always great with service, shiping time, quality, warranty as well.especially you can communicate very easily.like other supplier mwave, they are horrible to communicate.You can't call them, they answer you 1~2 days after.I talked with James this morning regarding my order and he was very helpful. I will start to order more from this shop as I feel very happy like I get proper support and care as a one of customer. Thanks James.

Do not trust or purchase any products from - this organisation, unless you want an exercise in total regret.They operate as Good Games Pavilion on eBay, (share the same address, and it took some researching to discover this, which should already raise some red flags). If you plan on buying a high-end product, stay away from this organisation entirely.Their supposed management" team are completely inept at understanding escalation processes and have absolutely no idea when it comes to refunds. After over 2 weeks of receiving a faulty i9 12900K CPU

Great customer service.I ordered an RTX 4080 recently and it was not in stock. As I needed it for a project, ShoppingExpress sent me another one that they have in stock that was slightly more expensive as no charge. The GPU arrived within a few days and was really well pack.
