My Dr had authorised 1 script of 14 days of antibiotic oral medication. The pharmacist decided to only give me enough for 5 days and did not give me back any script or paperwork to then get the remaining meds needed to complete 14 days of treatment. I called him about this and he insisted that new covoid 19 / legislation meant I could only have this amount for 5 days and that I could only take it for 10days totally disregarding and telling me that my hospital Doctor was not up with the latest information about script amounts ets. Total Rubbish statement from him. Legislation states that a script may only be filled for 1 months supply. I needed 14 days. He also stuffed up with the instructions on this 5 day supply packet advising 'take one tablet every two hours for 14 days immediately before food'. Terrible service and hate to think what elderly or vulnerable person may have been advised incorrectly with their meds. I have since phoned the hospital who have confirmed he is Not authorised to override a doctors script instructions and he is in error. I have now had to ask the hospital to fax my GP to get a new script to fill it locally. In these days we are told to self isolate etc Chemist's like this make me go out into higher risk areas twice more to get what I simply should have been provided by this kanwal chemist in the first instance......Plenty more chemist's near by I say.

Don't use google maps to find this place, for what ever reason it won't direct you into the carpark. Even as i was turning into it from the lights it was wanting me me to turn around and go back.

I’ve been here many times. The pharmacist man is so helpful and will often come out for a chat. I always feel well treated and that they can’t help me enough. They have a good selection of meds and are responsibly well priced. I’ve never had an issue. Conveniently located in The Wyong Hospital Grounds.

Best and only chemist l will shop at.Staff are so friendly and helpful, they home delivery my medication, but, if l go to the shop, they will come out to my car, as, l have mobility issues, this makes my shopping there so much easier. Well done Pam's team at Kanwal Medical Pharmacy, love your work.

Usually pretty good, nice customer service except for one worker , I get my meds from there 3 days a week, but every day I get this worker I feel he harassed me for money even if I’m paid up, I could pay 100 one day the next hel ask me for more money then denied that I made my payment

Been going there for years, handy location, parking out front, Friendly staff, got everything you may need.

Confused my daughter, and steered her to most expensive script option. Not impressed!

Absolute joke. Central coast radiology.So rude. Called and informed a few minutes late Arrived a few minutes late and refused appointment.Absolute rude behaviour to a pregnant woman.These people are a disgrace.
