Ikea has the largest collection for Home & kitchen appliences, business/office furniture and etc.. The friendly staff may assist you to find your requirements upon your requests since the shop has a massive collection!Parking ;There are two parking levels (P1 & P2) which has plenty of space to park your car even with trailers! you can enter to both free parking levels from both westall road and princess highway!Important;Don't forget to remember the colour and the letter of your parking slot! Parking level 01 (P1) is from yellow and parking level 02 (P2) is from green!The click & collect is located at P1 and there are marked directions inside the parking.

Pretty decent store, always a lot of fun to walk through and a great way to kill time. The food is okay, the hot dogs and meatballs in particular are good. The customer service I was received was really good, the person who served me was really friendly and sweet. Some of their products are a little pricey considering the quality and what the item is. I think it's ridiculous that they sell containers and lids separately, what a joke.

Bought something from here a few years ago. Due to this being fast furniture, it broke recently. I took good care of the product and kept it in good condition, but yet it still broke. Materials used in the furniture is very cheap, would not recommend. Some other things to buy in this store also run out in a short period of time too. If you’re thinking of coming to buy furniture, don’t do it, go to the Harvey Norman in the same building.

IKEA is always great for household needs at an affordable price, there’s really no faulting it. My only disappointment is the kids playground which is the most boring and unimaginative area I’ve ever seen. Considering how great it was prior to Covid it’s now just a large area with nothing for children to do at all. Little kitchen set up with 3 saucers for the kids to play with, a car track with a car that won’t actually fit. Lots of places to sit but nothing to do sadly.

I love IKEA.I have no issues with the products, or installation. As matter a fact the warranty is quite good just as the customer service.I’ve use the products from here and install it as well. 5 star for all this.I love come to the shop and eat at the cafeteria. However after covid this is dropped dramatically.When I used to arrive here it felt like I am on a campus cafeteria on a day when families visiting their kids.At least 200 seating and another 100 in line. Great selection of food and good service.Currently - as I write this review - no chips available. No pork ribs available. The salmon looks like it is here since lunchtime.The mash potato hasn’t been stirred up and looks like noodles in the tray - no so appetising.Nothing else left here just the meatballs. One drink station is closed, one flavour is out and out of the 3 cafe machine 2 closed.No tomato sauce only mustard.I have to take 1 star off - sorry

Really mix bag customer service. The girls in the children section were friendly & quick to assist me finding what I needed. But when I went to market hall the ladies were arrogant , ignorant of my questions on the products & were lazy. Alamos felt the customer should not ask but self explore all products I was looking for.There are no toilets on our way out after cashiers/payment terminals, please make sure to use upstairs toilets if you need to…
