Kim is such a beautiful warm hearted trainer/behaviouralist that uses positive reinforcement techniques to help train you, to train your dog. Her classes are fun and very positive and broken into easy to follow steps. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

I have known Kim for over 20 years during which time she has provided very effective techniques for training my dogs. Her energy, enthusiasm and sense of humour make the training sessions an enjoyable experience for both owner and dog. Kim Ball was highly recomended to us by a few different dog walkers at our local walking track (at the time we were struggling with a misbehaving dachshund puppy) We reached out to Kim and organise a few one on one sessions. She worked with our whole family and gave us simple and clear strategies to help with the specific problems we were having at the time. She recomended appropriate toys and games that we could use to interact with our new pup. We also did a session on walking and interacting with other dogs. 2 years on and we are successfully still using her simple commands. I recently reached out to Kim as our boy is now 2 and has started to present with some new behaviour problems (barking at everyone and everything, and refusing to walk on a lead) Another one on one session was organised, and Kim spent an hour with Frankie and I. By the end of the hour, Frankie was walking next to me on lead and I have all the understanding and strategies to take home with me continue working to overcome the current issues. Kim is warm and friendly and very easy to work. I would highly recommend her services to any one seeking a dog behaviour therapist.

Kim has been out to help me train my kelpie on 2 occasions. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She adapts her training to the specific dog. Within one hour she had my kelpie learning how to hold an object and then to release it. My dog remembered her from the first time that she came out and within minutes Kim had him eating out of her hand (not literally but figuratively). If you want a good trainer get in touch with Kim.

Kim has such a natural ability with understanding dogs and is a true expert in dog behaviour training. She came to our house to train our puppy 6 years ago with amazing results and we followed the same training for our second dog with great success. She's a genuine dog lover and is highly recommended!
