The Team at Cognacs have it going on. I’m down in Victoria for a wedding and am partial to my own barber in Queensland so choosing one here did have me a little apprehensive. However, Cognacs from the moment you walk in are all smiles and good vibes. Pool table, bar, tv etc. are all there while you wait to be seen which shows they value their customers experience. The shave and cut was also high quality. Thanks ladies!

They will ignore you and leave you waiting hours while the staff play favoritesWent in noticed there was a ton of people waiting 6-8(from what i could tell most were waiting for one person which is fine) there were 3 hairdressers (they were busy completely understandable) i waited half an hour another person came in they waited 3-5 minutes than got called up to go get there hair cut okay i thought must be a appointment so i asked one of the staff members if i could just book an appointment for another day they told me they don't do appointments"I waited an extra hour than a guy shows up just as one of the hairdresser were cleaning up to get ready for next customer and was instantly told to go sit in chairAt that point i was done and just leftMy time wastedDon't go there unless you are one of the favorites"
