Brilliant Car Wash

Absolute the worst car wash ever.Had trouble with change last time, like a fool I went back put 20c coins in to get $1. Nothing worked. No one around. Phone number not connected.This business if thats what they call themselves should get it together or get out.Absolutely the worst.Don’t go there. I will never go there again.

Incredibly disappointing with regard to the self-service. Very run down for a business that isn't really all that old. Broken glass panels, patched up with plastic board and tape, machines that don't work - car deodorizer and drying gun, and staff that simply don't give a toss. When I explained to the fellow that the machines took my money but didn't work, he responded: I don't speak English." When I mimed to him the situation

Filthy and smells like a rubbish tip. Smashed glass on the ground. The photos say it all.

Run down car wash, put money into the machine, no soap or pre soak came ouy of the hose, just water, so I basically just rinsed my car.

Finally this car wash has had a much needed update. Decent water pressure and decent chemicals. If you are to picky about your car stop here. Obviously if you care about your car you would never use one of these car washes but they are great to quickly clean a work vehicle or a commuter car.Change machine on hand and toilets a short walk.

Used this place a couple of times. In the past bubble brushes have been dodgy so had to carefully pick a bay that worked. Today more of the same. Machine took my money but brush didn’t work. Change machine took my money but was out of change. Phone number disconnected. I will never use this car wash place again and recommend you avoid it at all costs.

Old faulty equipment. The tube and head for high pressure air to dry the car was completely cracked and broken

Un-responsive business, poor customer service.One of the washbays had a faulty coin machine. No direct contact number posted anywhere within the whole carwash site.I tried ringing their number found on their facebook page and also left a message, no response at all!!!!

Service was okay on the whole. $200 to get my car into really nice condition with an interior detail, leather condition, steam clean of carpets and outside wash and hand polish. Having said that, there were some interior upholstery marks that hadn't been cleaned, they didn't make any effort to clean under the back seats, all of the electronic switches on the dash, the multimedia screen and steering wheel were all left with gooey product on them, the carpets were pretty wet, and they didn't remove any of the partially removed rego stickers that I couldn't get off myself. This is my first time laying out $200 so not sure if this is the normal, but I expected more for the price.
