Pretty bad place.. they barely even help you get a job yet take all the credit if you find one yourself.. Honestly I’d recommend switching.

Pretty disgusted in how they treat you here. Thought this place was supportive, but turns out they don't want to deal with anyone who may suffer from mental health issues. Removed myself for 5 minutes to gather myself, returned to have been locked out. Humiliated in front of the other job searchers and employees. You would think a company like max employment would care.

As an Employment Service MAX is pretty inadequate. They don't open on time answer phones promptly, can't keep appointments and when they do its the same old nothing, their staff turnover says a lot. Placed a young person with an employee who didn't pay correctly, pay TAX or Super then after assaulted them MAX employment dropped them. Should be ashamed of themselves!
