Went in for a wheel alignment. Was told it would take an hour, took over 3 hours, charged me extra to remove and recenter steering wheel without calling me for approval. When I picked up car found steering very tight & not returning to center (blamed lowered suspension) key now jamming in ignition and steering lock not working properly. Was told its my key even though it was perfect before the wheel alignment. Denied that they caused the problem or that they used a hammer to remove steering wheel. I ended up removing steering column and finding that it had been collapsed about 30mm, could only have happened by hitting it with a hammer. I repaired and refitted and its now perfect. I wouldn't have cared if they had just been honest with me but they lied to my face , denied the problem completely and then charged me extra for it. I'm a mechanic and it's dropkicks like this that give all Mechanics a bad name. Avoid this place at all costs.
