absolutely horrific. regularly get my nails done but was away from home so decided to come here instead of my usual place. i wish i hadn’t of bothered. overpriced, nails were streaky, and fingers were left bleeding in multiple spots. could also very easily tell which nail needed replacing after it has fallen off since it was wonky and not at all shaped.

I went and go acrylic nails done there plenty of times now but this one time I went to go get my nails done they didn't do a good job at all didn't take my old nail polish and just paint over my old nail polish refuse to fix them never going back!!

Thought I would go here iny lunch break yesterday despite bad reviews .. how hard can it be to do shellac nails at a nail place, right?Big mistake. Less then 24 hours and already chipped??? How? Shellac usually lasts two weeks one day??Messy job also.So disappointing. Would have tried to call this morning to provide feedback and give chance to offer remedy...but no phone. Probably would have been futile anyway.

Worst nail place in Newcastle in my opinion. Left with uneven nails. Bubbly nails. $45 for a gel manicure!! Go to star nails at kotata or Charlestown! Cheaper and they do a perfect job!

Never go here! I paid $160 for full set shellac and shellac pedicure and they came out discussing nothing like the picture very messy.They were rude and refused to fix or give me any money back.I’ve never paid that price even for a high end nail shop.Worst place I’ve ever been too!

My go to salon! I always have a great experience - I’ve never left unhappy. From SNS, to acrylics right just gel polish I’m always happy. Staff are professional, salon is clean and chairs are comfy. The only thing I’d want to change is if they could have actual current music clips but I usually will just have AirPods in.

See photos!! Terrible experience! No brushing no clips and not even give it enough time to dry out! I can see my previous polish!!Will never use them again
