Terrible service!!Never on time.. Rude customer service.. Cant even grantee a time to pick-up or deliver ever! We use delta very frequently and always let down, have been looking for a new courier company. We have even been charged $$ for extra time because the driver couldn’t find our warehouse, even though we are on a main road. That is their job!!

This business is terrible!We booked a Tautliner which arrived at our premesis. For some reason the driver onloaded our goods and they were loaded onto a open tray truck somewhere along the line. One of our very large and expensive products flew off the back of the tray truck on the freeway. The driver admitted he didn't secure the load properly.Anyway, we asked for compensation for the destroyed item to which Delta were extremely rude and not only refused to reinburse us, but they wouldn't even partially refund our booking!They claim it is the customer's full responsibility to secure all loads. Apparently the driver has no responsibility at all! If anything ever gets damaged in transit Delta takes no responsibility and refuse to rationally talk about it.Please no one use these crooks!!

The most reliable courier for Melbourne metro area, they never let us down. They really help us to deliver the service that our customers deserve.

I am logistics manager at a major digital print company in Melbourne and have been using delta for several year the customer service is on the ball (Sam in control of account) i book 20 jobs per day 99.9% on time keep up the good work delta.

We use Delta almost every day of the week not only for domestic courier work but also to arrange our interstate freight. I find them to be very friendly,helpful and within the allotted time. I would not hesitate in recommending them to others as a reliable transport service provider.

I ave used couriers constantly in the last 10 years. I have experienced all sorts of problems, but I have never seen anything like this one.They give you a price list which states delivery to Hampton form Melbourne $16.45 , then you receive an invoice for $34.19 plus Fuel Levy.You call them and they give you some childish explanation......Twice !!!!!Waste of time. Stay away.

We have been using freight services for 16 years but never anyone as bad as these guys!Poor company to deal with dishonest operators and quite unscrupulous in their dealings particularly with finances, invoicing and privacy

Unfortunately google cant do negative star. Courier driver is a nightmare. They don't have any respect for others property/parcel/delivery. Highly recommend to avoid them.
