The burger and coffee I got today were pretty good. I'd probably come again if I went up to Ellis beach. The menu seemed to have a decent variety. They even had some souvenirs available- locally made sauces and jams and nicknacks. FYI they do $1 oysters on Sunday .

The best Rhueben sandwiches and BBQ Cubans I've had. They smoke the meat themselves and are quite generous with it on the sandwich. The service is friendly, too. Their setting right across the road from the beach is nice and there's plenty of seating. The coffee is also excellent!

Just had breakfast here. Ordered poached eggs and sausage also poached eggs and hash browns. The sausage was kabana. There is a difference guys. The hash browns were overcooked pushed them to the side and thought. Oh well the poached eggs looked wonderful. So decided to do nothing about the quality of the hash browns and sausage. Was not going to let this ruin my day. Then just happened to turn over my toast and it was full of mould. Looked on my partners plate and it was blue/grey where his toast had been. Showed the plate to the waiter in charge and he and the cook passed it off as the balsamic glaze (which is black/brown) on the plate. Was not shown any respect with the dismissive attitude that there was anything wrong. Will be making a complaint to health department in council.Photo is what toast and hash browns should look like.

I’ve been here twice now & have been so impressed both times. Food is of very good quality, very tasty & extremely reasonably priced. The setting is great too, so nice beside the beach & band plays on Sundays. Will be back for sure, it’s a local business that I recommend supporting. Vegan/ vegetarian options fantastic as well.

My recent visit to this restaurant left much to be desired. The parking was terrible, forcing me to circle endlessly. Followed by Standing in line for 20 minutes to order was frustrating, and then waiting a further 50 minutes for my food to arrive only added to the chaos. Improvement in operational efficiency is crucial for this restaurant to become a pleasant dining destination.

Omg I'm a vegan and it's not easy to get vegan food! The vegan nachos are spectacular! Portion is huge with two we couldn't finish it. There is planty carnival options of course but as a vegan I truly felt incurred and looked after. Staff so nice and beyond helpful! Lover the atmosphere! So impressed and highly recommended!
