Unfortunately when I contacted them with a complaint, no response. The cleaner did a good enough job, although she did miss some spots but what I complained about was her throwing out half of my beauty products that weren't even empty.

Had effly booked for my air BnB and the cleaner rescheduled 2 times and I had to book else where urgently due to guests coming. They took my money immediately and I had to follow up refunds. Later the next week they automatically deducted another amount from my account and organised a cleaner when I didn’t need them, refund still pending for both. I would steer clear just a hassle I can’t afford this sort of unorganised business as my guests expect my place clean and I work full-time can’t chase people up 24/7 when things go wrong.
