I am a business customer from the South Coast of NSW. I have found Hannah and her team to be so professional & obliging that I chose to give them my business from so far away. I usually like to keep our business dealings within our local community as much as I can. However, Hannah helped me out with a printer ink issue, quickly & at a great price, when no one else could/would. I now order my ink by phone and it usually arrives 24-48 hours later. Amazing. From a business perspective…. I couldn’t ask for better service! Thanks girls.

Over charged! Was quoted $40....charged $52.Manager rude and could smile a little!, I understand people have bad days but I felt so awkward, she actually said she needed to go and kept looking at her watch.I will never go back. I used to use cartridge world all the time when old owner was there, she was lovely. Judging by the reviews I am reading this lack of customer service is normal.
