I started sending my two cars to Michael and Maurie (M&M) in 1998, now my whole family send their cars to Arch Automatics. M&M are people I trust. They tell me what is wrong with my car before they start the work and they finish the job so professionally and on time. There are no surprises. You know exactly what you are paying for. They show you the parts they replaced and explained what work they have done. It is very hard to find people like M&M. I will always go back to Arch Automatics. M&M are my trusted friends for ever

We got our Toyota Hiace fully serviced, and new radiator put in ... We were going to use the van to drive around Australia. After 24000km we are back from a 14 months road trip and wanted to report 100% satisfaction. Done the 10000 km service and the mechanic said it was perfect. Great job

Arch Automatics (Michael and Maurice) are trustworthy, reliable and excellent. I first went there to have automatic gearbox rebuilt for my GQ Patrol. Through their dedication and professionalism through all my dealings with them I now service all my cars there (including VW Golf R32 and VW Golf GT). They service the cars better than any VW dealer, Euro specialist or performance specialists I've used in the past and are great value for money. Highly recommended.

I have been coming to Arch Automatics for a number of years now, but finally got around to writing a review.I found Arch Automatics after being increasingly dissatisfied by a few of my previous mechanics. One of them had no working booking system (i.e. you can try to book, but the times will not be adhered to at all). The others were parts of a larger chain and I did not feel that they were doing an adequate job. Every time I went to them, they will say that something was wrong with my car and that I needed to pay an additional amount to get it fixed. The issue was that I own a Toyota Aurion and surely a mid-life Toyota did not require ad-hoc repairs that continued to increase in cost year after year. So after a number of years with those older mechanics, I went to look for a new mechanic.I found Arch Automatics through Google and the first job was a regular oil change and full inspection. I got looked after by Michael and I found him very friendly, understanding and honest. Honestly is something I find lacking in the far majority of mechanics, because it's just so easy for them to say that something needs to be fixed when you don't know the ins and outs of cars.Over the years of coming to Michael, I realised that he only notified me of issues when he believed that there legitimately were issues, and not like the other mechanics I've been to where there'll be issues every single time I visited them. Michael's costs are very reasonable as well, and when I do a comparison between the costs I've been paying after going to him and the costs I've been paying with the other mechanics, I've honestly reduced the costs down by more than 50% across the years. Switching to Arch Automatics has definitely helped reduced the financial strain for me because they only charge for actual issues, not issues that they make up.Whenever I have friends who ask for a recommendation of a car mechanic, I always recommend Arch Automatics as this is definitely a real value service.

I tried many Asian’s mechanics, couldn’t fix my Jeep. Spend almost $2000 and still unsure the problem was. Arch Automatica found out the issue without spending any money.I can say they are reliable and skilled. Recommend!
