Absolutely shocking customer service. Kept an item we had returned for repair for over 10 days without sending it off to the repairer with no communication, putting us out of pocket quite significantly as a result obtaining replacement items in those days. Now completely ignoring any attempt to communicate to rectify the situation.

Great service and best value for money! We recently purchased our kitchen appliances & vacuum cleaner from here and the team was able to price match with competitors and give the best pricing. A special shout-out to Ronan who has the best customer service in the biz – friendly, knowledgable, and super helpful. We'll be back again for any future purchases!

I shopped at the Good Guys today with my client . I was served by Michael who was excellent ! Michael was so helpful , he was patient with my client and so kind . I would recommend him to my friends and family and Good Guys are lucky to have him . What a great asset to Good Guys !

Requested to receive a call before the goods were delivered so I could be onsite for delivery. Delivery driver called me to abuse me as nobody was home and he had other deliveries in Sydney. Attempted to call the store at the opening time of 9am and the phone was not connected. Called another store and they could not help me. I will not purchase anything from the Good Guys in the future and recommend you don’t either.

Purchased a washing machine & paid the extra for delivery & install as well as taking the old unit away. Cannot recommend this service highly enough, the two guys who delivered & installed our washing machine earlier this week were courteous, efficient & friendly. Great service & great value.

I purchased a Bosch front loader washing machine paying more than $1500. Two sales people advised I would receive approx $80 store cash as part of their Jan promotion. One assisted me to download Google Wallet and add The Good Guys. I was told it would be added to my wallet in approx 14 days or so. I waited. I gave it 16 days. Nothing. I emailed The Good Guys.Their customer care" team advised me my purchase did not qualify. I asked them to explain how it did not qualify? No answer. Have not heard from them since. Wont be returning and have told family and friends to do the same."
