Marni Hill was incredibly helpful when we were looking for a property to buy. Then after we found one she helped us with several other matters like locating a surveyor even though we were not actually buying a property that she was managing. Since then the rental team (Kristle) at Elders Brown & Banks have been really helpful and proactive in managing our property. Excellent professionals.

Marnie form Elders Brown and Banks sold my property in record timing. She was down to earth and easy to talk to. Marnie wasn't pushy like some agents can be. She provided me with all the stats of sales in the area so I could make informed decisions about selling my property. She was very responsive to my questions, nothing was a drama for her. As a newbie to selling properties she really held my hand along the way. I highly recommend Elders Brown and Banks but particularly Marnie. It was an awesome experience.

Not recommending PRD rental Hobart, specially Jane Donoghue’s rental properties. Do not pay $1000 to Cameron Chalmers( relocation consultant- ABN 65 206 026 090 ) to find a rental house through Jane Donoghue. This is a biggest scam in the Hobart. And also they are dealing with very unprofessional landlords who are broke into houses without any prior notice or permission. Completely unapologetic. Criminal. Some times there are treating tenets, but Jane Donoghue is doing nothing. And also specially 100% can’t get the bond back, they are creating things. The biggest scam that I have ever faced in the Hobart when I was first come to here . So scary. Be careful
