Lime built a house for me in the Southern Highlands. It's a work of art. The precision and attention to detail is flawless, the quality superb and the management of the build was without fault. We wanted them to build our dream home, and they built something even better. Will (our builder), Joel and Renee are completely reliable, honest, capable and really nice people. I highly recommend them without hesitation.

We chose LIME to build our new house in Gerringong because every new house we loved the look of was a LIME.So we spoke to Joel to find out how they did it and discovered so much more about the way they went about building.We were impressed by his commitment to quality, his close working relationship with our clever designer, Jon, his support for local trades and his willingness to work with us to achieve the outcome.So began our design and construction journey.The build started just before COVID but, thanks to LIME’s innovative project management, we experienced no delays. We were kept informed of progress regularly online and were given helpful options whenever there was a question to consider. Renee’s thoughtful and efficient office management really helped us feel a part of the team.We were mightily impressed by the way Joel looked after his staff through all the ups and downs of 2020.We have not been disappointed by the quality of construction. It is truly exemplary. Damo’s eye for detail was astounding and all the trades were first class.Every visitor we’ve had says “Wow!” As for living in it – magnificent!Thanks LIMEIan & Laurel

Our architect, Alex recommended that we speak to Lime when we embarked on a major renovation in Kiama and from our first meeting we were struck with how differently Joel and the team approach things. Their professionalism, attention to detail and communication (we loved the daily progress updates with photos on Buildertrend) were outstanding and It was an absolute pleasure working with them. Tim and Daniel somehow managed to know what I was thinking half the time and were coming up with solutions to my questions before I'd even asked them.We wanted to try and build a high performing/passive home and Lime were eager to help us out with the various sealed membranes, extensive insulation and thermal breaks that that entails. By cleverly working around the weather (it rained... a lot) they managed to complete the main building works in only seven months.We now have a stunning home and are already planning to work with Lime on a phase two in the future. I absolutely recommend them.

We used Lime for the construction of our new house at Jamberoo. The whole experience of working with the guys at Lime was professional from start to finish. We were based 4000 km away in Darwin for most of the build and Covid restrictions meant we could not travel. Our interactions with Lime were then conducted via Buildertrend, Zoom meetings and phone/text. The communication was excellent. Tim (our build supervisor) went above and beyond to make sure we got the house that we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble and his (and the team's) suggestions added to the cost effectiveness, quality and functionality of the end result. The build was completed on time which was no mean feat during a year of restricted building supplies. A big thankyou to all the Lime team for our amazing new house!

We appointed Lime Building to carry out extensive internal renovations, including adding a powder room and doing a full kitchen remodel in our period property. They also converted a backyard shed into a pretty studio to provide extra working from home space. Work on the property began while we were stuck overseas due to border closures during the pandemic, however, Will (our builder) kept us up to date with everything going on, allowing me to completely trust him and his team to carry out everything without us there initially. Will and his team were hard working, very professional and completed the renovations to a high standard within really tight timelines, despite supply issues that were faced due to COVID19 restrictions. We are so delighted with the end result and will definitely be using Lime Building again for future renovations.
