I had a great time at a 1.5hr focus group session recently.The staff were extremely nice and friendly though thoroughly professional.We all knew exactly what was going on in the room and behind the scenes and we were asked for our permission about certain procedures.We had hot and cold beverages supplied. Also, we enjoyed a selection of delicious fresh fruit, chocolates, lollies and potato crisps. We all had our say and it wasn’t difficult, as the Ava staff made us all feel comfortable, even when we had a differing opinion to the rest of the group.The group was made up of people with different occupations, different ages and different ethnic backgrounds.I gained a great deal of information about the topic we discussed and understood the way others saw things.I liked the fact that they were true to their word and paid us on the night for our time and would gladly recommend for anyone to join the ranks at Ava Research.I look forward to my next invitation.Thank you, Ava Research,. 10 / 10

Fake reviews. This business is a scam. They would be spamming a lot of potential targets and claim to pay for participation in their research. After wasting hours of your time, you will be not hear again from them as once you contact them, they'll say you didn't qualify even though you answered dozens of questions answered that obviously go into a report and you answered some prequalification questions and were proceeded to the next stage.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, an elaborate scam. Feel free to report them to Fair trade as well.

I was very impressed with AVA Research's liaisons with me in relation to a recent market research project I took part in. They kept me informed at all stages of the project and were very timely and responsive to any queries I had as well as any follow up. I found my experience with them to be both professional and friendly.

4 stars for this Market Research company. The lady running the group i attended was friendly, professional and made myself and the rest of my small group all feel welcome and at ease to speak openly.Like other extended length Focus Groups this company caters light refreshments. Refreshments were very basic (water and basic sandwiches to share) when compared to other Market Research companies i have dealt with.Reception and office staff got their job done.Overall, the incentive was fair and my experience was above average.

Eventhough the process of the research was OK, I was a bit disappointed in the payment not getting paid straight after the research (paid 3 days later). Also the gift card only allows to be paid to the mega businesses, which is a shame as i would like to spend my money in my community with small businesses like the butcher, baker and candlestick maker so to speak . Don't think I will do another.

I recently did market research for Ava Research. The whole process was smooth and streamlined. Their screening process to determine the suitability of the applicant was also quite straightforward. It was a good experience and I look forward to undertaking more research projects.
