I’ve been seeing Jess for almost 6 years, and I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. I’ve followed Jess from her apartment to her salon rooms she’s rented to her very own commercial space she secured in 2022, and I’m so proud of her - she’s such a hard worker who goes above and beyond for anyone and always goes the extra mile for her clients. It’s incredible to see she’s also hand trained her first ever staff member who’s absolutely killing it and it’s so heartwarming to see such a hard working, determined woman continue to grow as a business. I get constant compliments on my lashes and I’m constantly recommending Jess and jaycee to everyone as jaycee has also done my lashes a few times when Jess has been away or fully booked. I found Jess a few years ago after trying a few other places and not being happy with the outcome (specifically damage to natural lashes, pain and poor retention). Over the years I have had several different styles of lashes with Jess and have loved them every time! I recently had to have time off from getting my lashes done but my natural lashes were still so healthy. I love the convenience of booking online and the new space is so beautiful!
