Tucketts Tyrepower Cranbourne

Thanks to all the fabulous staff at tyrepower for fixing our steering issues. Service with a smile and nothing was too hard to try. A very busy outlet probably means that customers are happy with quality and prices.

Took in my 4runner to get a wheel alignment after installing new ball joints and they said that everything went pretty smoothly. I noticed the camber was off once I got home and decided to go to The Tire Factory to get it checked as I knew someone who worked there and when he started to try and align the wheels again he showed me that someone had snapped the bolt off the washer that adjusts the camber. So now everytime the wheel gets any sort of horizontal force the camber changes. What I'm upset about is that tyerpower charged me money, damaged my vehicle and told me to my face that everything went smoothly. If you guys had broken it I would have no issue with it as mistakes do happen and it's a $40 part, and if you didn't break it I would've liked to know before you send me on my way.

Professional service. Very competent team who got the jobs down quickly and at a decent price. Will be going back. Hopefully not too soon :p but I trust these guys for any future work.

Had a tyre replaced (had to be ordered in) fitted and the flat damaged one disposed of all within a couple of hours. Harry was brilliant to deal with, friendly, helpful and informative. Five stars for the business and 5 stars for each of the people working there. Excellent service EVERY SINGLE TIME without failure. Always providing prompt and accurate advice and always complete a job very quickly. There is no other tyre business in the local area (and further) that provides this level of service and this kind of consistent positive attitude. What can I say, if it sucks. squeezes and bangs, likes to roll around on some rubber down there, then this is the place to go to keep your petrol eater in pristine condition.Seriously though the first thing that struck me was their honesty and no BS, they tell It like it is.And then as was the case with my ranger they have a support network of other specialists with the same honesty to keep you going.And finally they recognise their repeat customers, in my case I needed Tyers for my trailer, to my surprise and totally unexpectedly was given a discount, ironically at a time when I really needed the help.
