1st time using this service and I have to say the lady that took my booking was very professional and the Doctor (Chris) was amazing. So on the ball and answered all my questions without hesitation. A medical certificate was required and received promptly! We were seen before the usual 4 hour wait time with similar services and i was able to book before 6pm which is great when you have little kids that cant wait up utill midnight for a Dr. I'm very happy and will be sure to use them again. I never write reviews but this is well deserved!

Called up at 4pm, just got a text saying the doctor would call me after 11pm, absolutely ridiculous !Every one of these home doctor service is just a scam, it's just doctors scamming the Govt for Medicare rebates.I am now going to the Emergency Department, I suggest you do the same.

Poor service from the CONTINUING GP CARE IN THE AFTER HOURS.My son Ethan booked a phone consultation with this service on 22 May 2022 at 1240.The consulting female Dr provide a poor service to say the least. Was in pain and have a sever flu and needed medication.The Dr on phone consultation said she would send the proscription with 5 minutes of the consultation but was left wait for 2 hours without the still reviving the proscription.I guess she couldn’t be bother to follow through with the service and moved on to the next patient. Absolutely avoid these guys .I have written in and waiting to hear back from them.

Absolutely useless. Called at 5pm. Was told Dr starts at 6 but we would get a call by 10pm latest. Called at 915pm just to check - told we were removed from 1 doctors list and put onto a telehealth Dr list who didn't start until 830 but that we were 4th in the queue so would get a call soon. Called back at 1010pm and told Dr is busy but he would be at our house soon....we were waiting for a callback, not a home visit. Lady then corrected herself and said there are lots of babies waiting for call backs (as was our 1 year old) but a doctor would call back later. Told her to poke it, we will go to a&e which we were trying to avoid given it isn't a hospital grade problem. Our Dr can't get us in for an appt. Will never use this service again. Ever. Don't waste your time trying to get a consult. Also, take note of the people who have left 5 star reviews.....family of the owner maybe?

Really happy with the relatively fast and very friendly service tonight. We’re on the Redcliffe Peninsular and called just after 6pm, was advised the Dr wouldn’t start their shift until 8pm and she arrived at our house just after 9pm. She was really friendly and gave great advice. Definitely recommend.

Stressful. I'm telling you now, please do not bother as you are setting yourself up for disappointment. You will *not* get lucky and you *will* experience the same as all of the rest of the comments you read. If I could, I'd give negative stars.There is no guarantee anyone will show up or that you'll get an update during your four hour wait. This was my second time 'using' this service where I've taken the initiative to call to check what is going on and am then only told the doctors in the area are too busy.I now sit here on the floor while my daughter vomits, we can't get to a doctor or ER due to covid and can't call an ambulance as it isn't serious enough. I just wish I knew I'd get the same unreliability again so I could have called another 4 of these services to increase my odds, or maybe began studying medicine to treat the problem myself.

I called at 6am the 26/12/2020 and booked to do a phone consultation with the doctor.At 9am I was told the doctor would be calling. I made 4 phone calls back to the hotline to be told I am next in line or that they will contact me within the hour and nothing. It is now 1.30pm and haven’t heard back from anyone.I’m in server pain and have a 1 year old to look after which is extremely hard to do when in pain and keep being told to wait around to see doctor. Absolutely unprofessional and so difficult to get a straight answer from.Once I finally got my script I went to chemist to be told the script they sent is unreadable.I expect to be contacted back and sorted out otherwise I will be taking this complaint further then with management of this place of business.

Scheduled a visit for my 1yo son last night. Was called at 4:45 to say they could only do Telehealth and the doctor would call at some point after 6pm but they couldn’t say when.Well it’s 7:30am the next day and we still haven’t received the call.Luckily I was sceptical of this service from the beginning and booked another home doctor who came to the house within 30mins. Will never use this company again.

Called and booked an appointment, received a phone call about an hour later that was my “appointment”. The doctor spoke to me for about 30 seconds and told me she was sending a script to my closest pharmacy for an antibiotic, and that was it. I did not feel that I was given a chance to express my concerns or the extent of my physical condition. I would recommend either pushing for an in-person consult or not using this service unless all you need is a script.

The doctor was really lovely and thorough, nothing negative to say about him (chris), hes an asset to your companyI think the issue comes in when the booking system means that you have no idea when the doctor will come. I waited 10 hours. I would have preferred if they had just been clear and said, it make take several hours, that way some people may want to find an alternative. I suspect the way the system is set up, the the reception people don't actually know how long it might be - this might be why people are leaving bad reviews. When youre really unwell its very hard not not know if you will be getting help or not.
