Precision Pilates Windsor

I've just started with Helen and couldn't recommend her more! I'm actually shooting myself in the foot with this recommendation because she's such a busy lady already! 10 minutes into our first private she knew the quirks of my body and put together an action plan to work on. I've been to studios before where they make you feel bad about your weaknesses and Helen is the opposite - so patient and supportive!
