Farolito Spanish Language School

I couldn't recommend Farolito highly enough. Jan is a fantastic teacher - he is very patient, approachable and engaging. The group classes have a diverse range of activities and the small class size allows for lots of interaction and engagement with Jan and other students.

Farolito has been incredible - Jan is an incredibly patient teacher, I couldn't recommend him more. The small classes make you feel comfortable and create such a trusting environment to learn a language. Give Farolito a try!

The beginners class has been terrific.It has been interesting, challenging and fun. Our teacher Hector is a very capable, dedicated teacher.I am learning so much and will definitely continue with Farolita!

Great school. The teachers are open to your needs and very responsive, helping you to get exactly what you're targeting with your Spanish. Class sizes are small and nobody gets left behind. There are also several options for study from intensives to weekly classes to private. Farolito fosters a friendly and fun Spanish speaking community.

I've been learning with Faralito now since January and I would highly recommend this school to anyone wanting to learn Spanish.I personally love the face to face classroom learning and the location is very convenient next to South Yarra station. I have completed an intensive 2 week Beginner 2 course and am now in Beginner 3. I will definitely move to the next course and keep learning with Faralito.I really like the small group class format and the teachers are very supportive and creative with their learning techniques as you move through the units in the Aula textbook.So far I've had lessons with Samuel and Hector. Sam is an outstanding teacher who loves grammar and is very skilled at explaining difficult grammar concepts. Hector is very attentive and has set up a WhatsApp group for the class to help with homework and he is responsive out of hours for assistance which is really very helpful.The real effort of course is required by me! As good as the teachers are they can't do it for me and l also have to find other ways to learn and more time to study but Faralito is a great foundation and motivation for me.

Learning Spanish at Farolita is fun, challenging and professional.. Plus, Samuel, the teacher in my class teaches Spanish in Spanish! The best way!

I'm very happy with my choice of school. Teachers are super friendly and you always feel welcome. I was a bit scared to start leaning because English is not my first language but it's actually very comfortable and cosy in classes, small groups, teacher has time for everyone. So if you doubt, don't. Studying goes with small steps, not too much homework. Always happy to come to class.

Absolutely love the classes and the teaching. It is the highlight of my week. I am now in my second term at Farolito and I couldn't recommend it more! The classes are small which keeps the classes personal and engaging. The teachers are lovely and knowledgeable. The owners ensure that there is a nice community feel amongst students and I can't wait to keep learning Spanish. Thanks :)
