Outstanding service from Charlotte!! I had accidentally not picked up my script before going home and I live on the other side of town. Charlotte went above and beyond to make sure I received my medication in a timely manner and I am so grateful. It’s rare to find such great service these days. Thank you Charlotte, highly recommend!

A very poor experience at this chemist. I went in to buy a skin product I have been recommended to use by my Doctor and have been using for over 12 months. I felt like the customer service representative interrogated me about why and how I should use the product and when sensed my discomfort with discussing in front of a que of customers I was asked to wait while she 'checked' with the pharmacist. The pharmacist then continued the interrogation in an already uncomfortable interaction. I walked out without the product and unhappy with the experience and over the top level of questioning for a product I am familiar with using as advised and discussed with my skin specialist.

Thankyou very much to Bree and her team for the speedy delivery of our antigen tests. My RAT test came back positive today after having cold symptoms last night and we were unable to go out to get more RAT tests. Excellent, thoughtful customer service. Thankyou

Nice friendly staff especially Charlotte. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Well stocked with all of the expected pharmacy lines. Prepared to match my private health fund [Health Partners] discounts. Lots of parking in this newly revamped shopping centre that includes the best Foodland around. Charlotte suggested a way to manage my medication [I'm a senior] that eliminates my waiting for prescriptions to be prepared and advises me when they need renewing. This chemist is now on my list of favourite providers.Highly recommended
