Rocket Readers “Launch your child’s learning!”

My son (grade 3) has been doing 1:1 tutoring classes with Ms Sarah at Rocket readers for the past 2 terms and the improvement i have seen in his spelling and sounding out words is astounding. Since starting our homeschool Journey this year i noticed he always tried to get out of writing when doing any kind of school work but since starting with Rocket readers he has become more confident in his ability to spell and write.I am very happy with his progress and how Ms Sarah works with him.I would definitely recommend rocket readers!

I couldn’t thank the lovely ladies at Rocket Readers enough for equipping my daughter with the adequate skills that she needs to enter school. Their school readiness program was so engaging, fun and effective.

The founders were my daughter homeroom teacher and assistant for 2 years – foundation & year 1. I see a stark difference between her reading & spelling skills compared to my eldest who has no idea how to use THRASS chart.Now, I send my eldest (currently in year 6) to Rocket Readers to learn how to use THRASS chart and improve her comprehension and writing skills; hoping to strengthen her skills before going to high school next year. To my delight, her school report reflects the improvement she has made ever since attending the 1:1 tutoring sessions.In an effort to provide a strong foundation & prep my youngest for school, he spent 1.5 years with Rocket Readers. He is now an amazing reader and speller. He still talks about the centre and hope that one day I’ll re-enrol him!

At Rocket Reader, Ms Sarah's manner of teaching is AMAZING!! She’s patient and supportive, but really knows how to motivate my son who requires extra support with his literacy skills. Ms Sarah is great at building confidence and keeping his 1:1 lessons fun and engaging through a variety of activities that help improve his conversation, oral language skills, comprehension, writing, and reading skills. This I found significantly important as my son is a kinaesthetic learner. Also, service is extremely professional where all enquiries are dealt within a timely manner. HIGHLY recommend ROCKET READERS!!!
