Great gym and great atmosphere. Plenty of machines for all kinds of workouts. It's just the advertised 7-day free trial is only 4 days in reality since Fri, Sat and Sun the gym is unstaffed most of the time and there is no one to let you in.

Excellent gym with a great environment and community. Josh does a fantastic job making you feel welcomed and part of the team. Good equipment selection with x2 squat racks with lifting platforms. I always highly recommend Jetts Mermaid Beach for anyone looking to join an affordable gym.

Nicely Laid out gym with plenty of space. Recently updated with new Synergy equipment. Staff are always keeping the place clean and maintaining equipment. The manager Josh always makes everyone feel welcomed. Top marks!

Jetts Mermaid Beach
Jetts is the best chains of gyms in Australia. This branch is in a great location. My only suggestion would be to pay more attention to cleaning the bathrooms. There is mould and insects in the showers. This is so obvious and has been like so for a long time, it really needs to be addressed. Spray bleach in the walls next to showers and problem will be gone in weeks.

Continually, Jetts Mermaid does not disappoint. It is so wonderful to be a part of a gym where the Manager is so lovely all the time, not just when he feels like it. I respect that. His name is Josh. Another trainers name is Blake. Again, he is as special as Josh. Together these boys create a warm and fun environment to work out. They are steadfast in their convictions with health and strength training and it’s a joy to be a part of this wonderful culture that embodies this particular gym. No creepers, made friends with other normal gym users. Yeah, loving these guys. Loving this gym…..

Found my holiday gym! I’ve been heading up to the gold coast for years, can’t believe it’s taken me this long to end up at Jetts Mermaid beach cause it’s so much better in so many ways! They make it so easy, casual pass or you can do what I did and get a holiday membership, there really was no excuse to miss any training sessions. Staff are friendly, members are courteous, plenty equipment, and the gym is clean! I usually dread holiday sessions, but the last two weeks were great. Definitely holding into this fob to have it reactivated on my next visit.Thanks guys!
