I called CarpetCall for a quote, Andy came to meet me at my house the very next day. He worked really hard to consider the measurements reduced the amount of wastage for the lowest cost.The sample range was amazing. I’m incredibly happy with the service and the time spent by Andy to work with us on a staged project.

Very good customer service from Viru as it took a while to decide which rugs we want and he patiently showed us every pieces and recommend the best products.Even made his own run to deliver rugs at our place.Also we had carpet done in our house and Peter gave us a good deal.Very friendly staff in the store who welcome you with a smile.I hope every deals you do these days goes as smooth as dealing with carpet call.

Andrew was very professional and helpful with the measure & quote. Even checking on stock levels and managing our expectations regarding price and delivery.

From walking into the store till carpet installation the service was great. Sales assistant was really knowledgeable - great advice Re prep and planning for future renovations. Estimators were professional,informative and a pleasure to deal with.Installers were outstanding trades people .. can-do attitude from start to finish .. attention to detail, lovely cheerful people to have working in your home. Immaculate presentation. I could not be happier with this purchase and the service.Thank you all very much - will always recommend.

UPDATE - apparently it was escalated to management. People were sent to look at the issue a month ago but nothing has been actioned since - not even a phone call. Once again, steer clear.Do not in circumstances use Carpet Call. It has been an absolute nightmare to deal with them to say the very least.The sales process is a dream – wait for installation. They are unreliable, they do not follow through with what they’re supposed to do and they will hit you up for extra costs once they’ve removed the flooring so you don’t have a choice.I don’t understand how a business like theirs is still operating. I wish I had read the reviews properly before engaging them to install hybrid flooring for my elderly widowed grandmother who was essentially homeless for a week after their incompetence.It's been a few months now since the installation and there were marks left on the floors at the time of installation. We've tried every possible method to get rid of them but nothing has worked. My grandmother has made numerous phone calls to Carpet Call and hasn't received a response.Don’t make our mistake and steer well clear.

The hint was probably in the name but don't choose carpet call for blinds or curtains. Ordered and paid deposit in August 2022. Eventually partially installed in December. Curtains short, parts missing, curtains delivered but not installed on the day. Blinds still not installed 7 months after ordering and 2 months after the first install. Initially responded with wishy washy responses by emails now they don't even respond. Unfortunately we paid a deposit up front so we are stuck with them. Other blinds and shutters we ordered probably won't be supplied for months at this rate. Care factor zero. Go somewhere elseIn response to the reply below, we have emailed you at least once every week for months, you know who we are and what the issues are

My wife and I had Andy come to our property today to quote for carpet and hybrid flooring. His product knowledge was exceptional as well as his ability to make the whole experience with Carpet Call a delight. We had a terrible experience with Carpet Call in Queensland.We purchased timber flooring and carpet in June 2022.The timber floors were due to be installed in September 2022 and we were assured in store that expansion joints and trims were not required (noted on our invoice). When the installer arrived, he said a 30ml stainless steel expansion joint would need to go through the middle of our main living area. We ultimately had to make our own arrangements to have the flooring installed through another company for it to be done in a presentable manner.Our carpet was due to be installed in December. However, head office either allocated our carpet to someone else or forgot to order it entirely, and the day before install they called to say it wouldn’t be going ahead. We were not compensated in any way for the delay, despite all furniture being moved out of the rooms. We were given the option to choose an alternative carpet. The only one available in the warehouse was $14 sqm cheaper than the carpet we purchased, but they wouldn’t refund us the difference.We waited a further 5 weeks to have our original carpet installed. Slept on a mattress on the concrete floor. We sent emails to the area manager to find out our new install date, but didn’t receive a reply. It wasn’t until we went in store and insisted on a new install date, that the sales people assisted us in dealing with head office.The carpet installer broke a ceiling light (smashed on the ground) and damaged our new timber floors (several scratches). Carpet Call would not remedy the situation and we are left with no choice but to go to QCAT.The sales people were friendly. Wish we could say the same for management and head office. We will never be going through Carpet Call again. Very disappointed.
