I was looking at buying a SUV from Mitsubishi but wasn't sure which one I wanted or needed. Vj helped by giving the comparisons on the few different models and narrowing it down to the outlander. As a Fiat Motorhome owner we were super impressed with this team. Great communication, spot on with check in and delivered before time. Front office staff knew the warranty rules and were highly efficient in delivering a much improved vehicle. Highly recommend

Book my vehicle in for a service 3 weeks ago, call back one week out from booking to make sure they have ordered parts for service and the day before. Drop vehicle off only to get vehicle back with no working lights, aircon fan not replaced (part ordered for my vehicle sold that morning to another customer) battery not working and dies when I turn off vehicle to fill up before making the 80klm drive home and realise they spoke about the battery issue not knowing I only had one headphone in but didn’t realise until my car wouldn’t start and to top it off I called another local mechanic who ordered the aircon fan and booked me in tomorrow at 10am to install and replace for maximum $550 where Holden quoted me $1K plus for the same job.Rating would be minus 5 if I could

Unfortunately some of the staff have little idea of the vehicles they are selling. I extensively researched 3 vehicles i was interested in before going to see them in person and was disappointed with the lack of knowledge even after i was told by the salesmen they have been selling cars for decades.Asked what if anything they could throw in if i purchased a new car cash and was told these cars sell themselves we dont need to" yet when i called dealers out of the area after i was less than impressed i was offered cheaper drive away full tank of fuel free mats and window tint and i didnt even mention id shopped elsewhere.People say shop local. Heres an idea look after your locals."
