LLW - Dual Diagnosis Psychology

I started therapy with Danny over 7 months ago as ongoing treatment for my substance abuse issues, I have seen a lot of psychologists over the years and have always felt that I gained very little from the whole process until I started working with Danny. Danny has a unique way of challenging my thought processes and has made me aware of certain avoidance and defence tactics that I was completely unaware I was using. Having an understanding of how I feel and why I feel that way has helped me gain an insight into behavioral patterns I tend to fall into and due to this I can control a great deal more of my emotions and deal with issues such as anxiety without the use of substances. I would recommend Danny to anyone who is serious about making positive changes in their life.

I have been seeing Danny for psychological treatment for approximately four months now and have found our sessions together extremely beneficial. In the past I have sought treatment from several different psychologists that I didn't feel comfortable with or wasn't confident in their abilities. Danny is open minded, non judgemental and has a soothing, calm demeanour that allows you to open up to him with ease.
