Very poor service, do not recommend this company at all. They sign you up to a 5 year contract but don't explain everything before hand, talk you into getting an extra machine for no extra cost and then the bill goes up $60 per month. We have been overcharged for many years and no one wants to talk to you about it until you mention getting a Lawyer & Fair Trading involved, has taken 7 months to get a matter resolved and finally a reduced monthly invoice by 50%.

That's funny....Bret Davis, the GM of BBC Digital, posting how his own company has improved his own effiency. This mob ripped me off too, then sent lawyers after me for more money. Seems to be their modus operandi after speaking to other affected businesses in Maroochydore.

Unfortunately this mob practises the age-old stock standard photocopier lease scam. Beware of what you sign. Read ALL fine print and ensure that all relevant boxes are filled in or crossed out. We got caught out on that one.....Do the math, multiply your monthly figure by the term. Does it add up to the cost of a house or a new Astin Martin ? Do you get ownership of the printers after 5 years ? NO
