Finger licking yummy chicken wings. Lovely staff. Threat outdoor settings in winter too. Area is also baby:kids friendly. Staff were extremely polite and lovely.

I loved eating here, so when they gave me the burger with a dry bun I just politely on the way out tried to say how its dry or old this time and how I could not eat it .. the lady came all upset and said its not old it was frozen. I was like its dry I dont care what was it is not eatable as its so dry i can not swallow it.. she started arguing instead of taking my complaint politely as i was doing my best to be polite to the stuff.. i did not ask for a new one or anything just said that this one was not properly made. The buns down part was dry like a rock it was breaking in half.. i was not cold or frozen it was dry and again not eatable! And not proper for serving!

I am a healthcare worker and I do not expect to be rewarded for doing my job however, I wanted to thank the manager for your small gesture of appreciation for healthcare workers.The staff were lovely and the food was delicious.

Bad bad wry dirty and unhygienic place now to sit and eat. Servers and staff don’t care about dirty messy tables. What happened to Nando’s I just wonder where is the customer service !!! The chicken is just boiled with sauce over it. That’s not we used to come Nando’s. Where is the flame grilled chicken ??? Why ?? What is this service ? Why customers are being taken for granted? So pathetic and unfortunate to visit this place today for our Sunday lunch. Total disappointment and highly disappointing.

Absolutely disgraceful service.I arrived here 1 hour before close and manager on duty said only take away available. I told him that we drove almost 40 mins just eat here as nearest one shutdown permanently.He was not even sorry or explain why. Felt take away or go away.Mate you need to have skill how to manage your customers. We are paying for the food and service too.However, staffs were way helpful and felt sorry for the inconvenience.All best for your future.

Terrible staff and service. They didn’t clear our table until we asked twice. Even when they cleared it, they didn’t offer to wipe it down and it was dirty with crumbs. Don’t bother coming here. The staff member Liam had especially bad service as we asked him to clean and clear our table and he failed to do this and continued to ignore us. We resorted to asking another staff member who promptly helped us. We come back here hoping for better service but never get it. When we ask for table water, it never comes.

Worst experience ever. I wish I could give this place zero stars. I get that when you pay $13 at a fast food your burger won’t be gourmet… buts 30 minutes later, with pigeons all over the left over food lying in the outdoor tables, to be served with a cold sad burger is a joke
