Mick is beyond knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Quick to respond to inquiries & explains the issues in a way that is easy to understand. Mick is different to a lot of other 'repair' services in Melbourne, in that he simply fixes the issues at hand rather than trying to sell a new scooter. This means the work he does is impeccable. He really seems to care, which makes all the difference. I highly recommend Mick's service to anyone needing any repairs done on their mobility equipment.
