The service at Kofsky Optometry has been outstanding. My new lenses needed three adjustments and they were done each time - with a smile. Amazing! I highly recommend this place for its service and its kind and attentive staff.

While very knowledgeable, all about making a sale. Pushed to commit to buying contacts without revealing price, simply that he would make a special deal, which did not turn out to be the case... when picking up contacts, took the opportunity to swipe Medicare card a second time

Superb customer focus. Very professional care; prompt attention; great range of frames and very fair prices. A class act!

Very poor after sales service. Picked up my new prescription glasses and returned them the next day as my vision was worse whilst wearing them them and I felt unsafe to drive. He suggested another eye test (my third) in three weeks He assured me that the prescription and the lenses were perfect and that he had checked them. Suggested that I come back in three weeks for yet another eye test. This did not seem a solution to me and so I went for a second opinion. The problem was identified almost immediately as the lense axis was almost diagonal rather than level. The prescription was also substantially different. My new glasses from the second opinion people are perfect and I have for the first time experienced seamless vision with my multi focal lenses and were $150 cheaper!

Just went in because the arm on my glasses was broken and being held together with sticky tape. They found me a new arm, spent 20 minutes putting it together, and then sent me off without asking for anything in return. Not only that, but Shaun (might be spelt Sean) was an absolute friendly legend, and even spent time talking to me about motorbikes. Can't remember the last time I had such a good experience somewhere. Thanks guysTaras
